Ingredients:
- 2 Tins of Chickpeas
- 2 Red Peppers
- 135g Tahini
- The Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 6 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Olive or Rapeseed Oil
- Freshly ground Salt and pepper
Method:
- Heat the oven to 180c
- Seed and chop the pepper and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft
- Place all of the ingredients including the peppers in a food processor and blend until smooth
