Ingredients:

  • 2 Tins of Chickpeas
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 135g Tahini
  • The Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 6 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive or Rapeseed Oil
  • Freshly ground Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Heat the oven to 180c
  2. Seed and chop the pepper and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft
  3. Place all of the ingredients including the peppers in a food processor and blend until smooth
